3. Refund Process: Upon receiving Your refund request, we will review it within 5 business days. If approved, You will be notified, and the refund will be processed through Your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in Your account, depending on Your payment provider.

4. Limitations: Only one refund request per user will be granted. Users who have received a refund and re-enroll in the course will not qualify for additional refunds.
